Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with WealthOS. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.


7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Private) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

Renewal Charges

Monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you forgot to cancel before your renewal date, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Free Plan

The free plan involves no payment, so no refund applies.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
